Dr Edwin is an experienced medical specialist with more than 36 years of clinical experience. He was drawn to medicine by a desire to make a meaningful contribution to people’s health and has remained committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centred care throughout his career.

A key part of Dr Edwin’s approach is taking the time to listen and helping patients develop a clear understanding of their health condition. He believes that good communication and reliable health information are important in enabling patients to participate in decisions about their care. His approach is compassionate, respectful and evidence-based, with each patient’s individual needs and circumstances considered when discussing their healthcare and treatment options.

Outside medicine, Dr Edwin is a dedicated family man and enjoys spending time with his family, including his four granddaughters, all under the age of ten. He also has a strong interest in music and is involved in philanthropic activities.
