Dr Sony is a compassionate General Practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience across hospital and community healthcare settings. He is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for individuals and families, with a strong focus on preventative health, chronic disease management and continuity of care throughout every stage of life. As a dedicated Family GP, he believes in building trusted, long-term relationships and supporting patients to achieve their health goals.

After completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Bangladesh in 2012, Dr Sony worked across a broad range of medical disciplines before relocating to Australia. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in a variety of specialties while working in Queensland hospitals and General Practice, providing him with a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care.

Dr Sony enjoys all aspects of general practice and works collaboratively with patients to develop personalised healthcare plans that promote long-term wellbeing. Known for his warm, approachable manner, he is passionate about improving community health outcomes by delivering compassionate, patient-centred care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
